BJ's Restaurant Brewery
2730 East Bidwell Street
Folsom, CA 95630
(916) 404-2000
Full barstools. Not surprising. But, full highchairs too? There’s
never an empty se at in this place. What a wait! But, well worth it.
This new hot spot in Folsom has the whole community lining up down
East Bidwell for its good eats and new brews. Welcome to Folsom,
BJ’s! Looks like we love you!
BJ’s is a Chicago Pizza style restaurant with an appealing menu
boasting an array of creative dishes; fun changes off of the beaten
path. The walls, bar, artwork, and glass garage-door room dividers
are exciting to take in. It’s a beautifully crafted atmosphere. It’s
exciting to see who’s hanging out at BJ’s when you get there and try
to make your way to a table. Another moment of excitement is had
with the tray of samplers ordered from the bar. A rainbow of beer
colors presented to you on a brew house map, definitely navigate your
way to the one that boasts hints of chocolate tastes and aromas!
That is one great brew! (My favorite.)
The staff is full of energy, energy and smiles. Friendly and ready
to make your visit pop, they’ll recommend the pork ribs as their
most popular item, or they’ll suggest the nachos or egg rolls
because they too, never disappoint. The menu seems as if it was
strategically designed to present diners with more than just
something to order from; it’s like an intriguing taste bud safari
you’ll want to take in different directions each time you come in.
And, it’s good value. The prices are pretty reasonable and the
servings robust. For dessert everyone who’s anyone orders the pizookie. It’s a pizza cookie with ice cream on top. Served in a
deep-dish pan, like a pizza, you get to choose your toppings: White
chocolate chips? Milk chocolate chips? Macadamia nuts? Hold the
pepperoni on this one!
BJ’s is a lot of fun. Come early and come often. This place is a
keeper.
