The developers of Palladio Mall are on shaky ground financially. Financial concerns caused their stock to tumble 37% today. The mysterious Palladio Mall, rumored to be coming to Folsom since the late '90s, has finally secured a tenant - Cinema West, a 16-screen theater. Other businesses rumored but not confirmed, include Whole Foods, PF Chang's, Barnes & Noble, and Coldwater Creek.
Announcements on major upscale tenants for the forthcoming Palladio Mall at Broadstone are anticipated in Q4. Boutiques, dpartment stores, and a 15-18 screen theater are expected at the new outdoor mall. Construction may begin as early as 2006.
